It works in three ways:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• For optimum results: apply Grease Guard NT at a rate of 32 ounces per day (In most restaurants applying 32 ounces every 2 -3 days will suffice).
• For drain lines and grease traps: apply directly to the head of the drain line system prior to the grease trap.
• Most effective application: Grease Guard NT may be applied by continuous addition by automated chemical feed pumps.
